A brewery built into awa awa KOBE, the natural hot spring spa and sauna at HAT Kobe by the sea — brewing since July 2025, taproom open since that October.
You do not have to bathe to drink here: shoes off at the entrance, key band at reception, and you can go straight to the taproom. Brewing director Shogo Tokami came from Kyoto Brewing, and the four 2,000-litre tanks turn out three or four different beers a month.
