In the Suidōsuji shōtengai in Nada, seven minutes north of JR Maya, in a unit that used to be a clothes shop called Dia — brewing happens on the ground floor with water off Mt Maya, dining is upstairs.
Order the Craft Set — two beers plus the owner's recommended condiments, ¥1,800 small or ¥2,800 large — and you're allowed to bring in food bought from the arcade outside, which is the actual reason to go. They also brewed a beer for the market's 100th anniversary.
